For the first time, the Sanfilippo Foundation is holding a children-friendly Wurlitzer Organ Concert featuring your child’s favorite movie songs to sing along with. Parents, this is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy an afternoon exploring the Sanfilippo Collection with your kids, hear a fun concert, and get to ride the 1890 Eden Palais carousel. Doors open at 1 p.m. for exploring the Collection, followed by the concert from 2 to 3 p.m., with a visit to the carousel pavilion for hotdogs and sodas, and a ride on the 1890 Eden Palais Carousel. Recommended for children 5 and up. Come dressed as your favorite prince, princess, superhero, or as yourself. Docents will be on hand to show you the amazing Collection of Automatic Music Instruments, and Organist Zach Frame will entertain you on the 7,000 pipe Wurlitzer Theater Organ.
