Country charm! Kat and Bill Linville, here with their Goldendoodle “Somy” purchased an estate that was built in the early 1900s and was owned by only one family before them. A grand and palatial property built when gentleman farmers beckoned to the hills of Barrington to get away from the city, the home needed a lot of love and imagination to be brought back to life.
